I guess every body reacts differently to donating... But cool you still do it nevertheless :-)
All the best - M.Lidegaardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10108052430683754034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3930496542082491592.post-3309957240314970522016-06-02T03:57:26.017-04:002016-06-02T03:57:26.017-04:00Hi Morten,

As a newbie to running, I found I couldn't do any exercise for a week after I gave blood, it totally wiped me out! Donating twice a year works for me.
Keep up the good work, very interested in outcome of that study. Schedule it right, as you say, and you'll most likely be just fine... :-)Lidegaardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10108052430683754034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3930496542082491592.post-87653017054114079702016-04-21T11:04:56.999-04:002016-04-21T11:04:56.999-04:00This is a great post. I usually do double reds, which takes a little more time to recover from, but is only every 16 weeks, so it balances out. You're righr, if we're not pro runners, blood donation can fit into our schedules and training.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09496376905976031306noreply@blogger.com
